Riding safely is your responsibility

Offroad riding is dangerous. Enduromates provides maps, navigation, timing and rider information to help you, but GPS, maps and trail data can be inaccurate or out of date. Always ride within your ability, wear proper safety gear, obey road rules and laws, and only ride where you have permission, including respecting land access, closures and private property. Never use the app in a way that distracts you while riding. You ride at your own risk.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own the rides, photos, posts and messages you add. You give us permission to store, display and share them within Enduromates as needed to run the features you use, for example showing your times on a leaderboard or your posts to riders you’ve shared them with. Only post content you have the right to share.

Prices are shown before you subscribe. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Disclaimers and liability

Enduromates is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data such as trails, maps or lap times will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your riding or your use of Enduromates. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Ending your use

You can stop using Enduromates and ask us to delete your account at any time. See the privacy policy. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Enduromates grows. We’ll change the “last updated” date above, and for significant changes we’ll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Enduromates means you accept the updated terms.
